Marriage - Patchogue, L.I., September 28 - A pretty wedding took place Thursday evening at the home of W. Taylor Raynor, 71 Amity street, when Miss Helen Mutch, daughter of Mrs. Lillian Mutch, and granddaughter of Mr. Raynor, was quietly married to Joseph Edwin Gerard. Following the ceremony the young couple left in an automobile for a tour of the New England states. Both young people are well known in Patchogue, and they will make their future home here. Mr. Gerard is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Gerard of Ryder Avenue. The ceremony, which was a quiet one, with only a few of the family friends present, was performed by the Rev. W. H. Barton.
