Legacies to: daughter Harriet, wife of David Hallock, and her son Thomas; to grandchildren: Henry Aldrich and Hermon, Zachariah, Jr. and Hannah Hallock; to Deborah, Sophronia and Ann-Maria Aldrich. To grandson John Y. Aldrich "the farm where I now live and that bought of Joshua Aldrich." Also part to grandson Samuel B. Aldrich. Balance to wife, daughter Hannah and said grandsons.
