  Died at age 72 Inscription: "In memory of William Beale who died June 10, 1855 Aged 72 years 8 days I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" Note: Located in the Union Section of the Waverly Avenue Cemeteries Patchogue - On Main Street, starting from the corner of Ocean Avenue to Swan Creek, was but one house on the south side, that being owned by Squire Beale, the grandfather of the present Rev. Charles H. and William T. Beale. This house was situated about where Goldsmith Horton now lives.
