  middle initial "E"? prior marriage to Mr. William Sherman Senff; divorced Bellingham Herald (Bellingham, WA) Friday, 02 Aug 1907, Page 3 Death of Mrs. E. W. Smith Mrs. Jennie Smith, wife of E. W. Smith, died in this city, at the home of Mr. Charles Vanhorn, 215 Grand Avenue, yesterday evening, after a lingering illness. The deceased was 38 years of age. Mrs. Smith is a sister of Mrs. H. C. David [Davis], who died suddenly on June 27. The funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at Maulsby's undertaking parlors. Interment will be made in the Bay View cemetery.
