  Died at home, 20 Sammis Avenue? Alice C Wolf of 20 Sammis Avenue, Babylon, passed away on March 10, at the age of 85. She was born in Brooklyn NY, the daughter of the late Alonzo and Dora Meyer Ferris. She was the wife of the late John S Wolf. Mrs Wolf was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Sgt John Sardiello Post#16534, American Legion. She had been a resident of Babylon for 50 years. She is survived by 5 daughters, Alice Reeves of Babylon, Edna Ketcham of West Babylon, Jane McKeown of Babylon, Hazel Kiefer of Patchogue and Carrie Young of Hauppauge; 2 sons John R of Babylon and Jay H Wolf of West Babylon, and 3 sisters Jennie Mirick, Margaret Taylor and Julia Larned, all of Babylon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. The Reverend Albert Leininger, Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Babylon officiated at religious services at the Boyd Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 12 at 8;00 PM. Fraternal services by the Ladies Auxiliary of Sgt John Sardiello Post#16534, American Legion followed. Interment took place Wednesday afternoon in the family plot at Riverhead Cemetery.
