  Died at home, 40 Grenville Avenue Obituary - Theodore J. Dorn, aged 62, of 40 Grenville Avenue, Patchogue, died Sunday at his home. Born in Hollis, Mr. Dorn had lived in Patchogue 40 years. He was a retired builder. Besides his widow, Mrs. Grayce H. Dorn, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Conklin of Patchogue; a son, Theodore of Patchogue; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Eckhardt and Mrs. Josephine Hare of Freeport; three brothers, Jacob, John and Erwin and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held yesterday at C.W. Ruland Sons Funeral chapel, the Rev. Harry Sanford Crossett of the Patchogue Methodist Church officiating. Interment was in Washington Memorial Park, Coram.
