Notes - Died at parents' home
Daugher of David Terry and Sarah Hudson Bishop, wife of Edward Newton Squires and mother of Caroline Louise Terry (married Benjamin F. Seaman). Wife David Dayton and mother of Cynthia Dayton and wife of Isaac Wild Sweezey.
Mary died at the home of her parents in Brooklyn and was buried in Brooklyn, NY. In 1899, a lawsuit was filed in the Kings County Supreme Court by Frank S. Henderson, Undertaker, against Edward L. Squires to recover $137 for the burial of his wife. There may be some confusion between Edward Nelson Squires of Good Ground, and Edward Lewis Squires, also of Good Ground.
