      Obituary - Patchogue, L. I., Jan. 27- Frank Lightbody, who retired several years ago as Suffolk County district manager for the New York Telephone Company, died here last night at his home, 87 Monroe Avenue. His age was 66.
      Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Lightbody had been a resident of Patchogue for thirty-five years. He was a member of the Brookhaven Town Board of Trustees, the board of directors of the Patchogue Hotel, and first chairman of Local Draft Board 702, from which post he retired in 1943 after three years of service.
      He leaves a widow, Mrs. Madeline Gerard Lightbody.
