Notes - Obituary - Captain Charles S. Hudson, one of Patchogue's most respected citizens died at his home in that village on Thursday morning May 20, after a long and painful illness in his 75th year. The funeral was held at the house on Saturday afternoon and was conducted by the Rev. John W. Maynard of the Methodist Church of which the deceased was a member. He is survive by four children, two sons and two daughters.
