  Mr. Robert D. Soehren, 62, of Monroe, formerly of Port Huron, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009 after a long illness. He is survived by one daughter, Trudy; two sons, Eric and Donald; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Delmar; his mother, Muriel; and his grandson, Dylan. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2009 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Reverend Ronald Jacobs will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery, Monroe. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
