      Obituary - Franklyn (Duff) Overton, 54, of Bellport, died yesterday at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital. A World War II Navy veteran, he was a member of the Bellport Scooter Club, Pattersquash Gun Club, and the Southside Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons.
      Services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Ruland Funeral Home in Patchogue. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Patchogue.
      He is survived by his wife, and two sons, all of Bellport. Also surviving are his mother, Veronica, and a brother, Walter G. Jr., both of Patchogue
