Notes - Obituary - Clarence Case, 56 year old resident of Cherry Grove, committed suicide at the bungalow where he had been living shortly after noon last Friday. He is survived by five brothers, Dr. Edward P. Case of Hartford, Conn.; Ernest Case, Mortimer Case, Dr. Wickham Case and Clifford Case, all of Patchogue; and a sister, Mrs. Nelson Warner of Patchogue, whose husband is the proprietor of the general store in Cherry Grove. During the summer months Clarence had worked with his brother-in-law at the store. Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at Ruland's chapel, with the Rev. Arthur H. Cook, pastor of the Patchogue Congregational Church, officiating. Interment followed in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
