  given name Bronislawa Died at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital MRS BERTHA CHILICKY, 69, of Frowein avenue, Center Moriches, died last Thursday at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital, East Patchogue after a brief illness. Mrs Chilicky was born in Poland on April 5, 1887. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs Wanda Johnson of Patchogue and Mrs Lillian Smith of New Hyde Park; a son Peter Figat of Patchogue and a sister, Mrs Josephine Pasika of Center Moriches. Rosary services were held Friday night at the Moriches Funeral home, Center Moriches. A requiem mass was held Saturday at 9 am at St John’s R C church, Center Moriches. Interment followed at the family plot at Mount Pleasant cemetery, East Moriches. Obit was published in The Patchogue Advance on Thurs Apr 11, 1957 p6
