      Obituary - Ernest B. Abrams, a life-long resident of Blue Point and a rose grower for the past 40 years, died at his home on Blue Point Avenue Saturday after a serious illness of a week, during which complications developed. He was born in Blue Point and was the son of the late Mary J. and Benjamin Abrams.
      He leaves two sons, Fremont B. Abrams, prominent rose grower, with whom he was connected, and Frederick, also of Blue Point, and one daughter, Mrs. Carl Klenk of Blue Point. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon in the Blue Point Baptist church, the Rev. Coulson Shepherd officiating with interment in Blue Point cemetery.
