  Died at Manhattan Memorial Hospital Michael Andrew Crane was born in 1872, in Parksville, Sullivan County, New York, per his wedding certificate. He was the son of Andrew Crane and Maria (pronounced Mariah) Dolan. Both Andrew and Maria had been born in Ireland. Nothing else (other than him briefly attending school in Stevensville, Sullivan, N.Y.), is currently known about Michael Andrew from the time of his birth until his wedding. He married Mary Agnes Clinton on August 29, 1897 in Manhattan, New York, where both families had been living. Michael Andrew has not been located on an 1880 or 1900 census yet. In 1900, Mary Agnes is listed with her family as single. They have been found on the 1910, 1920 and 1930 census records. Mary Agnes is a widow on the 1940 census, with Michael having passed away in 1931 in Manhattan Memorial Hospital. From at least 1904, until his death in 1931, Michael Andrew and Mary Agnes Crane lived at 20 Lee Avenue in Scarsdale, New York, (except in 1906 and 1907) where they raised their large family. Michael and Mary Agnes (Clinton) Crane are buried in Holy Mount Cemetery in Eastchester, New York.
