Notes - James C. Hawkins, a long time resident of the Setauket community, died at the age of 66 on September 14. Mr. Hawkins is survived by sons Arthur, James, Russell and Joseph, and daughters Doreen Torgersen, Della McIntosh and Marie Arnold, as well as by 20 grandchildren. Mr. Hawkins was a veteran of World War III.Funeral services were held at Bryan Funeral Home in East Setauket, with the Reverend Lee Hardgrove officiating.
