  Son of Marian Frances Hawkins and Vincent Pawl Pious. Brother of Edward Pious. Frank was born in Port Jefferson and lived in East Setauket for most of his life. He was employed as a custodian in the Three Village School District, as a farm hand for Mrs. Ward Melville and was a volunteer fireman with the Setauket Fire Department.
