      Obituary - Mrs. Ida P. Danes, widow of John Fremont Danes, died on Thursday of last week at the age of 91 years, at the South Shore Convalescent Home, in Patchogue, where she had been a patient for more than a week. Mrs. Danes was a native of Blue Point and had made her home there all her life. She was active in church and community affairs.
      Mrs. Danes is survived by three daugthers, Mrs. Leila D. Hubbard, Mrs. Frances D. Moore, and Mrs. Jessie D. Knapp, all of Blue Point; one brother, Newton Moger, and one sister, Mrs. Carrie Reeve, both of Patchogue, by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
      Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at the Blue Point Baptist Church with the Rev. I.A. Falk officiating. Interment was in the family plot in the Blue Point Cemetery.
