- Bucks County Courier Times April 13, 2004Adeline W. Pone (nee Peterson), age 82 lifetime resident of Bristol, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2004, into the arms of Jesus. Cherished wife of the late Frank (Hank) D. Pone who was a barber in the Manhertz Barber Shop since the late 1930's, Adeline was the beloved mother of Dolores Ann Fellnor of Levittown and Frances B. Staerk of Bristol. She will be greatly missed by her brother, Ralph Peterson and sister-in-law Lorretta of Florida. Adeline is the beloved grandmother of five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She lived to know a great great grandchild is expected at the end of this year. Adeline worked at the Atlantic Tea Packing Company in Bristol. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary with the 3rd District Fire Company in Bristol Township. She occasionally attended Bristol Township's Senior Center as well as Bristol Borough's Senior Center. Adeline's family will remember her ability of being a fantastic cook and baker. She instilled in her family, tradition of holiday spirit and family ties. Adeline was a great lover of Gospel and Country Music. She enjoyed singing hymns and woke many mornings doing so. Adeline passed away in her recliner watching a Country Gospel Video. With great grieve, her family and friends must say goodbye so she may now rest peacefully with Jesus and family she so greatly grieved for. We know she grew weary, but fought long to stay with us. She is in the Lord's arms free from her pain and illness. God Bless those left behind who will carry her beliefs and traditions so her memory will live on from generation to generation. We love you Mom, Nana, Aunt and Friend. A viewing will be held Wednesday, 7 to 9 p.m., at Molden Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Thursday, 10 a.m., at St. Mark's Church in Bristol. Interment will follow at Bristol Cemetery.
